AYSO's five philosophies separate us from the pack
Everyone Plays -  
Our program's goal is for kids to play soccer-so we mandate that every player on every team must play at least half of every game.   (Region 778 – kids come to play and have fun, it is our promise that we will do everything to make this happen.)
 Balanced Teams -
Each year we form new teams as evenly balanced as possible-because it is fair and more fun when teams of equal ability play.   (Region 778 – We always do our best to ensure teams are balanced and fair.
Open Registration -
Our program is open to all children between 4-1/2 and 19 years of age who want to register and play soccer. Interest and enthusiasm are the only criteria for playing.  (Region 778 – All kids that register during the set registration dates will play; regardless of race, nationality, religion, or physical ability.)
Positive Coaching-
Encouragement of player effort provides for greater enjoyment by the players and ultimately leads to better-skilled and better-motivated players.  (Region 778 – We strive to ensure our coaches make soccer fun; positive coaching/training is always priority #1.)
Good Sportsmanship -
We strive to create a positive environment based on mutual respect rather than win-at-all-costs attitude, and our program is designed to instill good sportsmanship in every facet of AYSO.  (Region 778 – Sportsmanship starts with the coach and parents and is taught to our children through example. We take sportsmanship very seriously we hope you do as well.)
